Green Flamingobecause I said so

Yes. That’s what I’m trying to do. To squeeze in a post. The last few days I have been busy, and I terribly regret not being able  write a post for a while. Tonight I’ll just tell you a few highlights of my past few days, then soon I will have a post on something that actually has meaning. Yesterday I had a day off from school, an inservice day for teachers, and our dad wanted to go skiing or something similar to that, but though I did want to go too I didn’t have the things such as snowpants, ones that aren’t broken, and I felt there was something stopping me. Last night we did end up going somewhere, to a church not too far away where they were serving pizza which was our dinner. Then we looked around the place a bit and finally went into the sanctuary where there was singing. Not that everybody was praying to god. You don’t have to classify me as religious. Well, not in all their mythology.  I can explain my beliefs some other time. Another unfortunate highlight was that I had a sore throat. I had two in the past week. The first one I got was from reading the seven forms of lightsaber combat to my sister Serena, Shii-Cho, Makashi,  Ataru, Soresu, Djem So, Niman, Juyo, Vaapad, things like that. The second sore throat  was from yelling, after being stabbed in the back with a pencil, I yelled instead of attacking harshly, but I did challenge to a lightsaber battle, which I won either using Vaapad or the sith way of all fighting and forms, using anger and hate to become powerful. Besides that we watched two starwars movies, Episode I the phantom menace, and episode IV a new hope, which were acquired at the library the night before. Those were the basics!

Here I am. Writing a post. Here at what I call the non-blogging house, which is my dads, I don’t have much time to blog, relax in my room, things like that. Sometimes this can be pretty annoying, not having time for things. Here I have good options, playing video games, watching TV, but not stuff like blogging. At my moms I have a great room, though under construction, which to me is ideal space for blogging, reading, or just a quiet place to rest.

Ok. I wasn’t doing this purposely but, an example of how hard it is to blog here: I was writing the post that you are now reading. Then U am distracted and play legos. I like doing both, and I would have continued blogging but there would be certain people who would get angry, like my sister, and therefore it seems I am force to do this.

As I say, I am at the non-blogging house.

Now lets give you an overview of things, so that you know where things are in relation to each other.

So, that was my room, hopefully you now have a better understanding. I know I have an understanding of what a hell of a pain it is to put these pictures!

I decided long ago if you remember, that I was going to change my room. (If you want to see this previous post, search it. Sorry the search is messed up. I don’t know how to fix it. But if any techno knows how and is willing to tell me, I’d appreciate that. ) And, though I haven’t posted about it, I have changed my room, but I’m pretty sure there’s still more to come.

So far I have changed my bed, and sheets, going from having a high bed with blue-color sheets to a low bed (actually no bed at all, but I am pleased with  the height) with red, cinnamon/orange sheets and brown pillow cases. (To keep your misunderstanding of my non detailed explanations pictures will be coming soon, just hang around). I have turned my bookshelf into a library that hardly ever gets used, with every book in a section also in alphabetical order. (Marvelous, aren’t I!). Some other things have changed too, due to the placing of my bed, and I’m still trying to perfect the new look. Personally, though I could have a “room fashion designer” come in and rid of my old stuff, and get me new stuff, I much better prefer the idea of doing it myself.

 There are of course things that can’t be done at the moment, but f we could magically replace all the junk we know we don’t need or really want, with the things that arewanted or needed. Come to think of it, all the junk we know we don’t need could be replaced with money, and whoever had the most junk would raise the most money. Too bad that isn’t true. That I could just  do that. I would raise a lot of money off my junk. Boo-hoo. Any way, have to go get back to cleaning, organizing, and taking pictures.

Go on and go on ahead. Explore the world around you. Get out there, someway, (but safely) and really be yourself. It all amounts to good ends.

Ok .So here I’ve been. Trying to get on the train to the “higher class” blogging world. I mean, why can’t I get lots of views. For a few days, it has been hardly any. At least it’s something though. In December, towards the end, I was having them start to get up there, I thought. Then in the beginning of January, when I didn’t have much time to blog, the traffic I had dropped down considerably. On Google too, where I used to be #1 in the search results for “green-flamingo” I now don’t know where I am.

 Today at school we were assigned to write a poem called, “If I were in charge of the world, ” and I had to think about it for a while, not knowing WHAT I should write about. at last I came upon some answers. First, I would make there be discounts for the person in charge of the world, which would be me of course, on thing like Legos, and I guess you could say any kind of Legos but I would only go for the Starwars or maybe Mars-mission ones. I would also have discounts on airplane tickets, maybe video games, and anything else I didn’t feel like paying the full price for at that moment. That would be the basis, ME. Next I would try to make things better for other people, in all the ways that I could, but I wouldn’t go excruciatingly out of my way for one, then not too far for another, because that just wouldn’t be fair. Now you may wonder why I wouldn’t eliminate homework or school. The reason is, one of my top wishes is to control time, meaning I was able to “pause” time and get things accomplished. Example: Say I had a big project due tomorrow, but all day I was just  doddling off on my laptop blogging. Then, instead of staying up really late trying go finish it, I would “pause” time and everything else would be stopped but I would be working on the project though it may stay 8:30 for four hours. (And by the way, if I was tired I would just pause again and take a long nap, even if it was during school). Ok, so if I could do that, practically all my troubles would be over. Because, I don’t hate homework, there’s just not enough time to do it. Besides that, I would have to promote the speeder I made (click here to see), so that people would be safer and able to get places faster. Now, what would you do if you were in charge of the world?

No! Again I am feeling lonely and terrible. Sorry to take it out on you guys, but I might not be posting for a bit. I had some great things to talk about, but I may not get to them.

Wow! At two things. The first one, how I haven’t had hardly any views lately. Whats up with that? Does anybody know? Have I done something to deserve zero views? I hope I can get past that. The other is that I am amazed that somebody can do so well at a photos of the world game. Matthew, main writer at Loving-awareness,  got a score something like 363,000. And my mom(if you want to visit some of her links just look at the section “blogroll” or “links”), though not as high a score, was still way better than mine(53,000 something) . So, see how well you do. I know I’m trying to work my way up there. By the way, if you have a facebok profile, and want to compete against friends, then find the link on there and it will record your score.

Well, today Serena had her birthday at our mom’s house, though today isn’t her real birthday. We had angel food cake with strawberries and raspberries (yum) and practically at the same time, at least we didn’t move from our place, she opened her presents. The first one, wrapped in a I think yellow-pink silk (these were already obtained, the silks were not gifts), was a set of books (2),  about Ramona by Beverly Cleary. Now mind you, Serena is turning 8, maybe I forgot to tell you that in the last post. Ok, the second present, wrapped in a light-purple silk, to my surprise was a game-boy. Huh! I never would have guessed. And the third present, to go with the gameboy, a pack of games. The last present, I had no idea of the contents of this either, was a pastel-drawn horse (not bought), with very bright colors that did not go to it like that it was green, with a very beautiful blending background. You may think the color choice is odd, but it looks very nice, I was one of the ones who started that kind of thing in our family. Well, that’s the presents, I’m sorry I don’t have much more to tell about this, some thing that was the metaphorical part to it. But any way, see you later!
