Longer Explanation

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 16-03-2008

If you  read last night’s late post, you may be wanting to hear more of what happened. I’m sorry I just quit on you there. But everybody needs sleep! I think I explained the memorial service enough, it was long, a few thousand attended it, and there were some very nice things said about the one who died – Jake Revere. Judging from what family and friends said he was: kind, helpful, funny. Actually, let me just explain some of what he did.

Jake was on his way to being an eagle scout in scouting, and played many sports. Also a good leader. So those were some of the outcomes of some of the people, while others talked about how he was funny, and played pranks. I hope you get the picture.

I was going to explain the labours I had yesterday. First in the afternoon we went to an Easter egg hunt, and I found 33 eggs. In the neighbor hood where the party type thing was being held, there was tennis court. As we always keep our tennis rackets, tennis balls and so in the car, we played a nerve ‘racketing’ game of tennis. After this we went to Central park (not in New York) to see a friend and their daughter. Their kids were there too playing tennis by coincidence and I played with them though they weren’t very good. After that I played in the castle, called kid’s castle, and when we finally got home around 8:00 I could barely walk. That was my story.

Memorial Exhaustion

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 15-03-2008

OK. I haven’t written in a while. I noticed that I don’t have to blog about my every little day’s experience. I was going to post last night, but was too tired, going to post this morning, but it’s too late now. You may be reading this on Sunday and that’s fine. I don’t like to rush around in a post, talking about  a few million things, and I have tried to focus on one thing. I am trying to figure out what I should write about on this blog, and I still don’/t know.

One thing I wanted to talk about, why I was going to post last night, was about a memorial service we went ot for a 16 year old who died in a skiing accident. After dinner at a fire house in Erwinna, where I saw my old german teacher, we attended a memorial service for Jake Revere. He died on March 7th 2008. It was a very lng memorial service that lasted around 3 hours. The longest part was the time of sharing. I can explain longer tomorrow.

Today I came home exhausted. I am so exhausted now I will tell you tomorrow morning.

Brushing Up

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 11-03-2008

I haven’t been posting as often, but my posts are usually longer, and I’m wondering if that makes it up at all. I know a lot of sites unless they have multiple writers don’t post everyday, but still I feel guilty if I haven’t, well a day or two can go by but if it is a week, four days, three, five, I’ll probably freak! So this post is just here to talk about what has happened on my blog, what skills I have improved and so on. You may want to read this post because I don’t think you did. (Posted a few minutes ago, I guess this is a two-in-a-row night).

First, I never got back to you on that poll, morning day or night. Like “morning person” said, I could write it at night and then post it in the morning.(Maybe by playing with the timestamp). Now I thought about that, and saw morning was clearly leading the poll, I know it would be more convenient for most of you. But I may continue with my old routine because you will still be able to read the post in the morning, and say you checked early in the morning and it wasn’t there yet, but later it was? Some people that read green-flamingo are in different timezones than me, so it would be completely changed, and may be nearly a day behind or ahead of where I am. So I feel it doesn’t matter, though I will do the timestamp idea sometimes.

Now hardly think about typing. Around a year ago I would struggle to find the right key to type the right letter, and would get at the most like five words per minute. Now, just typing from the beginning of the paragraph to here took me a minute. (Not including thinking of what to type though). So now, I would say I type pretty fast. For once the “crappy in my mind” game runescape helped me to learn to type. So, even over a year, and even from a few months ago, I can type so much faster. Now I only have to learn to touchtype. A sample: I am trying to lrsn to toucb 56p4.(Supposed to say: I am trying to learn to touch type.). With my eyes closed, that wasn’t too bad until the end. I was actually surprised at my performance! So, I hope that goes along well.

I am learning html! All the italics words were done in the code section, where I practiced my html. I am surprised at how easy the simple parts I learned were! There’s not really much more to say abut this except I am doing well!

Well, all I have to say. I hope it lived up to the title! See everyone soon!

Trying To Start The Business:Part One

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Business | Posted on 11-03-2008

Well. Starting a business requires a LOT of work. Right now I am trying to create a website to gather my information. After that, I have other steps to follow. I have discovered that creating a website is also very difficult.

I didn’t know where the heck to start, so I asked how a website was created. That couldn’t be answered right away, so I asked how green-flamingo (the site you are reading off of) was created, and I heard I had to have domain name to start, a host, bla bla bla. Well, then tonight I heard I should try to start to website without the domain name at first, because I might pay for one and then discover that wasn’t really what I wanted.  I looked at some files or whatever, I don’t know how to explain because I don’t really know what the hell I have to do! I downloaded a tutorial on how to create a website, but it was leaning you toward specific software that may not be what you reallyneed. So, I am STUCK! I don’t know what to do. I will figure it out sometime, but for now I will stay in the cave not being able to think of a way out.

Rain With A Story

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Travels, Uncategorized | Posted on 08-03-2008

It’s pouring here in this suckish land of Pennsylvania. In states near us I think they have snow. Either one is ok, but it has been raining all day. And 6 inches of snow is much more exciting in my point of view than 6 inches of rain. I sometimes look at the ‘map tracker’ where I can see where my visitors are from. All over the world. I’d have to say the most common visitors I get are from Australia, Indonesia, India, or the United States. Not to say there are no visits from somewhere in Europe though. (I’m thinking mostly of the Netherlands) So this inspired me to write a travel story, and since it’s raining I’d like to tell one with rain, and thinking back I don’t recall a visit with rough rain. Except one. But the objection I have to that is that it’s only about an hour-two hours away. I can of course recall times in Ireland or France when it was raining, but not pouring. I’ll tell the story anyway.

I was 3 I think when we went to King of Prussia mall. Our main purpose was to get a (musical) keyboard. I was led into the F.A.O. Schwarz section, and my parents thought it was time for me to get a bear. Not a small teddy bear but a big bear. It was thought that I was going to get deep brown one but I just went to a white one’s lap and sat down. That was the one. I was thinking, “Decided. Good. Smoothie time. I can get my face all dirty. Me like da smoothie!” When we got to the smoothie/cafeteria section, had some food andsmoothies, we heard a loud clap of thunder and the lights went out. “Me scared. Me hear BOOM! BOOM! I don’t like!” Then we knew it was time to leave. Now or never. If we didn’t go soon, 1.) the mall was closing I think, and 2.) we would be caught in pouring rain. As we walked out to the car with all our things, it was already pouring. I clutched to my new found friend big bear. We dashed. the keyboard (musical) took a little longer to load into our wonderful Jaguar, but I was already safe in the car. On the way home It was dark, windy, and with pouring rain. I held to bear tight. All that is just as it is now, though I am not holding bear. I do have him though, but he looks MUCHHH different. That was the story. Stay in touch for the next post coming soon!

I am not positive that this all happened. I did say I was 3

A Recap Of The Past Few Days

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 06-03-2008

I haven’t posted forever! I will explain what I have been doing and why I haven’t posted.

On Sunday I think it was, I mentioned a post about starting a business. Well that night and the next day, I really started thinking about that. I am still not sure what to call it, so if you ant leave feedback about a good name. I also need to think of a price. Let me explain what I am going to do first.

I am going to give advice on what people should buy for their homes. This includes furniture, and other furnishings: plants, rugs and carpets, etc, and also how to organize things in their home. So I guess it is pretty much all of their home except the structure which I would be happy to but not able to help with. I had a few price choices recommended to me: By the hour, by the room, or just estimate the total amount of work. Out of these I am not sure what to pick. If I did it by hour, one price I had recommended was just below $150, then I heard that it should be much more than minimum wage – $6. Of course I thought of that. If I did it by room, what price would the room be? $50? $100? $30? $120? $150? Any of them would be fine, just which one? That will be lurking on my mind for a while.

On Monday or Tuesday there was a reason I couldn’t post that night, I went to my dad’s house and it would be ridiculous to bring m computer over there, or sould I say here, at 6:00 and then the next day having to entrust my dad to remember bringing it back to my mom’s.

The next day, I’ll say Wednesday, or yesterday, I was very sick with a cough type thing but still went ot school. That is what consumed my energy of ideas so as to keep me from posting. This sickness continued today, where I did stay home from school, and was planning on posting in the morning but the stupid google toolbar kept have an “error” that google had not found a cure for. So then I just played some games. I don’t know why google toolbar would not work when I tried to post, but it froze WP. So I uninstalled it. I will miss my bookmarks! I hope that google toolbar will be cured and I will be able to use it again. Tonight I also went to the doctor’s office for my cough, and everything is fine.

If you want to give feedaback on the creation of my business, please leave a comment or email to yunkaka@gmail.com. Thank you!

Big Changes

Posted by Nathaniel | Posted in Uncategorized, channeling/knowledge input | Posted on 01-03-2008

Time for another change. As always when thinking about a change, especially in furniture, furnishings, houses, and so on, I have millions of ideas. And saying that gave me an idea! I could sell my counselling to people that need ideas with their home. But I won’t get into that now. But it may help me get on the express. So with the change, it’s more than just change of housing and furniture. It might be a big change.

One thing that is on my mind and is sad to me, is that Grandpa was diagnosed with leukemia cancer. He will be able to be treated but there is no cure for it. Anyone who has it will die from it at some point. He may live for a few months or a few years. No one knows. But I was hoping he would be able to stay in this world longer to teach us more things. It would have been nice to know that he was going to be around for a long time without being sick. He has thought about dying I’m sure, but was surprised with this outcome, but he accepts it.

Another change that’s not just how my house looks is that in a few  months (June if it happens) my mom may be moving. This would be to help with work, to do channelling. This is OK, but we would live with our dad all of the time. hat would be OK too, but there are still setbacks.

The whole idea of us living with our dad for maybe six months is what sparked these ideas. I now have ideas for throwing away and selling stuff, and I am even going to look on realtor.com or craigslist for a house. I have some ideas, but we may not even be moving. That’s the basic change, just trying to think of a way to make money, but I think I almost have one nailed. Are those kind of ideas special? Would you pay for me to give suggestions out to make your home a better place? It’s a thought. Who knows what’s around the corner.
