A Blogger’s Biggest Weakness

At some point, a blogger must face the aspect that challenges them the most, figure it out, and overcome it. That thing that you always do wrong, or something you always have to keep pulling yourself back to, that thing, you have to fix. You have to get over that one little problem.
I know I have had a lot of problems with my theme, but I looked into that, and I really had a problem with decisions for this blog, and the confidence of those decisions. I have tried to look that over to, so I can overcome that and make decisions for the blog and feel confident about them, but also while making those decisions have a sense for other’s needs and wants.
Everybody has something different that they have to work on, to improve, to fix, so that they can really blog at their full potential. If you always have difficulty writing content then until you make a plan and figure how you can always produce content than I am guessing your problem will stay the way it is.
I encourage you, like I do a lot, to look into your problem, and share it. When you share it others may be able to offer improvement, or they may even know of a solution. An experienced blogger may have faced many challenges, and they can help new bloggers rise to their challenges ad surpass them to become experienced themselves. This is a world where everyone is competing, though sometimes it seems we are competing to see who can help the most people. By helping others, that is how we win in the blogosphere.
In that case, after you finish solving your problem, if you find someone else who has to figure out what is bogging them down then you can help them, and in that way you have solved yet another challenge.
It is difficult to face your biggest weakness, and hard by all means to share it, but you can find the support you need and you can overcome your difficulty if you let others know what you have to face. And this is how you will finally overcome it.
What is your biggest weakness?
My biggest weakness if you haven’t guess it already is being consistent with my blogging. I can’t do it day in and day out and I rarely have days where I can sit down and clatter away five or six posts so that all I have to do is publish a draft to save me hours more work.
I have to write when I am inspired. If I am not inspired to write for three weeks, then so be it. By doing so however, I end up losing readers and I know it.
The other thing right now is that, while I have a lot of writing on my blog, I don’t have anything to offer readers. I don’t have any contests, give aways or downloads at the moment to inspire them to keep returning.
I’m not entirely sure how to rectify either, but I guess as (was it GI Joe?) GI Joe said, “Knowing is half the battle!”
My biggest weakness is being consistent. It’s harder than it looks! And here I’m one who preaches that you need to be consistent.
For the first time in a long while I actually put some stuff in my buffer. I don’t care if is sucks, there’s going to be posts this week, darn it!

@Mel-to tell the truth, my biggest weakness is probably being consistent, just like you. My weakness is probably the same as yours, as how I can only write if I am inspired. And just like you, I don’t really have much to offer to readers. It is interesting how you can find so much you have in common with a person just through a post like this.
@ Luke- I guess a lot of us have a little trouble with consistency. By the way, I am glad your back! I saw your blog up and running a few weeks ago, but I don’t think I managed to comment. I love this theme too! The snow is nice for the holidays!
